First Snowfall

The record late date for snow in Anchorage is November 15th. We came close with our first snow showing up on the 8th. Maryjane has been having fun with the white stuff, planting her face in the snow and licking it. The battle to get her out the door with boots, mittens, and a warm coat on is well worth the effort.
We are constanly entertained by the way Maryjane interacts with her surroundings. Everyday her vocabulary is growing. She meows at the cat, swhooshes when the toilet flushes, and askes for music when she wants to dance.

Like all kids, MJ loves to eat the snow.
